Companies that offer jobs for reentry

Eventually our loved ones will get out and begin the important step of finding jobs for reentry into the work force.  Recently I stumbled upon two very useful sites aimed at helping them find a job.  Check out Exoffenders.net.   It has many suggestions and helpful tips.  This site is more than suggestions,  they actually list (and update) larger companies that are exoffender friendly and offer jobs for felons. 

A similar site with the same goal is JobsForFelonsHub.com.   The two sites may be related since some of their links ping-pong between the two sites.   Of particular note is the page,  “Jobs for Felons in Cleveland“.

Personally,  I like voting with my wallet.  Even if you’re not involved with reentry, check out the list.  Next time you’re out shopping, consider giving more of your business to an offender-friendly company.  It’s the best way of showing your appreciation for them helping our returning citizens!
